  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Dollarregistry1 has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Gift cards and downloadable content.
    • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  • If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via direct message on TikTok or email at [Dollarregistry@gmail.com].
  • Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant pictures if the item is defective or damaged.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item arrives safely.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no tracking is provided.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Please provide photos or videos of the damage when contacting us.

6. Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part. This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns and restocking the item.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us! We want to make it right and provide you with the best possible experience.

Most products come with their manufactures warranty and instructions for return.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, after review we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us in most cases.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will find the best resolution to resolve the issue.
